Role Description This is a full-time Senior Level 3:5 Years experience , on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Nasr City. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, including the development and implementation of HR policies, employee benefits administration, recruitment, and personnel management. The role also involves maintaining compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace to
enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.
Qualifications Expertise in Human Resources functions, including HR Management and HR Policies Experience in administering Employee Benefits and overseeing Personnel Management Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in HR software and related systems Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in the healthcare or education industry is an advantage
