Job Description: ServiceNow Developer

The intern will learn:

During Training (Months 1–3)

Complete ServiceNow official training curriculum (company-sponsored)
Study for and pass the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam
Build hands-on skills on a Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
Apply your scripting knowledge to ServiceNow platform development

After Certification (Ongoing)

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions for clients
Build business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and integrations
Work on Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog modules
Design and build Service Portal widgets and catalog items
Develop REST API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Grow toward advanced certifications (CIS-ITSM, CAD)

Duration: (Months 1–3)
