Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist, based in Qesm El Maadi with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Telesales Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide

tailored support, and communicate effectively to promote and sell products or services. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, maintaining detailed records, meeting sales targets, and participating in training to enhance skills and knowledge. The role requires professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
Proven abilities in Customer Service and Customer Support Strong Communication skills, including active listening and interpersonal skills Experience in Sales with the capability to meet and exceed targets Willingness to engage in ongoing Training and development Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools is advantageous Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus
