Accounting Manager A well-established real estate company is seeking to hire a professional Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial operations across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities * Oversee all accounting activities and ensure accuracy across company records* Monitor and reconcile financials with partners’ accounts and project shares* Prepare and present periodic financial reports to management* Track financial performance across projects and maintain control over cash flow* Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and internal financial controls* Identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently* Work within a structured accounting system and maintain accurate, up-to-date records* Contribute to improving and organizing internal financial processes and workflows Requirements * Solid experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate sector* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and account reconciliation* Experience working on accounting systems (ERP or similar)* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills* Ability to work independently and handle full accounting responsibility* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel* Good command of English* Candidates with experience in real estate partnerships and revenue sharing structures will be prioritized
