Job Description:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries related to aviation training programs and services.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding course details, schedules, fees, and enrollment procedures.
• Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Record and update all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospective students to support a smooth application and enrollment process.
• Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer cases when needed.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and meet performance KPIs.
• Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on aviation programs and customer service standards.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve service quality.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
