Job Description We are hiring for a highly experienced Principal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join a leading technology-driven organization delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation solutions.
This role is ideal for a senior technical professional with deep hands-on development expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform , with the ability to lead technical initiatives, support architecture decisions, and mentor development teams across complex CRM environments.
The ideal candidate should be strongly developer-focused rather than functional/operational, with extensive experience across both on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Lead technical implementation activities across enterprise CRM projects.
Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and APIs.
Build scalable solutions using Power Platform technologies.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Support system architecture, performance optimization, and technical governance.
Mentor technical teams and provide leadership across CRM development activities.
Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Qualifications 11+ years of experience in software development and CRM technologies.
Strong hands-on development experience with: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Apps Power Platform CRM Customization & Integrations Experience across both: On-Premises environments Cloud environments Strong experience with: C# .
NET Framework / .
NET Core JavaScript / TypeScript REST APIs & Integrations Azure Services Excellent English communication skills (Advanced Level).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
