Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training when needed. Set weekly/monthly goals and track KPIs. Ensure excellent customer service and strong client relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead
generation strategies. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Requirements:6 months of experience at least in real estate sales is a Must Strong knowledge of the real estate market (especially in [insert area, if relevant]). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to inspire and lead a target-driven team. Presentable, goal-oriented, and proactive. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
