Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and attract top technical talent through sourcing, networking, and referrals Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies Screen and evaluate candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit Conduct interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant

Tracking System (ATS) Build and nurture a network of technical professionals through social media and industry events Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively communicate with candidates Facilitate a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding Measure and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a

related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment Strong understanding of technology roles and industry standards Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships with technical professionals and hiring managers Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics Experience in the technology or software industry is highly preferred Strong networking skills and ability to leverage social media for recruiting
