Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher, located in Heliopolis. The EYFS Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on the EYFS curriculum to foster the development and learning of young children. Responsibilities include creating a nurturing classroom environment, preparing and assessing activities, observing and documenting
children's progress, and maintaining open communication with parents and caregivers. Collaboration with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience is also an essential component of the role.
Qualifications Proficiency in child development principles, early years education frameworks such as EYFS, and lesson planning Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for building trust with children, parents, and colleagues Experience in applying creative approaches to teaching, including
using storytelling, art, play-based learning, and technology Strong organizational skills, attention to detail with assessment documentation, and the ability to multi-task effectively within a busy classroom environment Relevant teaching certifications in early childhood education or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred Experience working in an early years educational setting is highly desirable Passion for early years teaching, with a nurturing and patient approach to working with children Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
