Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing property sales and consultations. Daily responsibilities include building client relationships, showcasing properties, negotiating terms, and closing sales. Furthermore, the consultant will
collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored real estate solutions that align with client goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate, with a strong understanding of property markets Exceptional skills in Communication, negotiation, and relationship building Expertise in Customer Service and Sales, including active listening and client-focused strategies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering client satisfaction
