Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CV Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting ATS-compliant CVs, writing personalized cover letters, and optimizing LinkedIn profiles for clients from various industries. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate clients' professional achievements and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and edit ATS-compliant CVs that showcase clients’ skills, experiences, and qualifications.

Craft personalized cover letters tailored to specific job applications.

Optimize LinkedIn profiles to align with professional branding and industry standards.

Conduct research on industry trends, job descriptions, and keyword optimization to ensure the best representation of clients.

Attend meetings with clients (if necessary) to gather important information, address concerns, or clarify details.

Provide career-related advice, ensuring clients’ documents align with their career objectives and the current job market.

Assist with additional tasks and projects as required by the team, prioritizing based on importance and deadlines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in CV writing, LinkedIn optimization, or a related field.

Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and how to optimize CVs for them.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.

Knowledge of various industries and job markets is a plus.
