About the job

  • Processing all bank payments, ensuring accuracy, track and controlling expenses, accruals and prepaid and timeliness of payment. This role involves reconciling accounts and adhering to policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
  • Processing all invoices, settle all petty cash, monthly accruals, and staff reimbursements.
  • Review monthly expense and proceed with accruals modification according to the received and accrued invoices.
  • Processing contractual payments, ensuring adherence to contracts financial terms and conditions.
  • Responsible for tax calculations and ensure timely compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Allocate operating expenses to the proper NA and cost center to improve line of business profitability and identify expenses rationalization opportunity.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting & finance.
