Job Description

  1. Ensure the effective implementation of company HSE procedures at the project site.
  2. Report all incidents promptly and support incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of work areas, including company warehouses, to ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and standards
  4. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, examinations, incidents, and other relevant HSE documentation.
  5. Deliver HSE inductions for all new employees, ensuring they are familiar with site-specific safety practices and procedures.
  6. Lead daily toolbox talks to reinforce safety awareness and communicate job-specific risks to all employees before work begins.
  7. Prepare and submit HSE reports in line with Center Point's internal processes and Vodafone’s management requirements.
  8. Collaborate closely with the HSE Manager to support the ongoing improvement of the HSE Management System

Job Requirements

  • Education: University students or Fresh graduates
     
  • Experience: 0–1 year of experience in HSE or a related field; prior exposure to construction environments is a plus.
     
  • Certifications:
  • OSHA General Industry or Construction Safety Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Firefighting Training
     
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and safety-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HSE field
