Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive

our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding our market presence, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and analytical skills to enhance FotoExpress Egypt’s growth and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Manage key client relationships and negotiate high-value deals.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve performance and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with brand strategies

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in the photography, electronics, or retail industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon is an advantage.
