Vceram shop looking for a Logistics Assistant Manager specializing in Import and Export to join our team. location: Dokii _ Giza
Job Title: Logistics Assistant Manager – Import & Export
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all import and export operations smoothly and efficiently
- Manage shipments by tracking with agents, suppliers, and customers
- Handle and organize all import/export documentation.
- Working on Nafza.
- Work with logistics systems, including DHL and Aramex, to create and manage shipments
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on shipment activities and performance
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills: Confidence in dealing with customers, agents, and internal teams
- Technical proficiency: Solid knowledge of logistics software and import/export systems (DHL, Aramex, or similar)
