Job Description:  

• Develop and execute a network expansion strategy aligned with the business growth objectives.
• Identify and assess potential new restaurant locations, conduct feasibility studies, and present ROI-driven proposals to leadership.
• Ensure both new and existing stores meet brand standards and operational benchmarks through close coordination with operations, real estate, and external consultants.
• Gather site mapping data: competitor landscape, existing store insights, traffic generators, trade activity, and development programs and conduct site assessments based on approved trade areas using our internal real estate processes.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QSR or F&B business development, network expansion, or real estate
• Proven track record in site selection, network planning, and ROI analysis
•  In-depth understanding of UAE market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards
