Job Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Online Co-Host to support the smooth operation of a short-term rental property. This remote role involves managing guest check-ins/check-outs, handling bookings and inquiries, coordinating with cleaners, and ensuring excellent guest experiences that lead to 5-star reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle online check-in and check-out communication with guests
• Manage booking calendar across platforms (Airbnb, etc.)
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, messages, and special requests
• Coordinate and schedule cleaning services between stays
• Monitor property reviews and address guest concerns professionally
• Ensure guest satisfaction from booking to post-checkout
• Update pricing, availability, and listings as needed
• Help drive positive guest reviews and ratings
