Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent at Sutherland Cairo, you will be the first point of contact for customers from English-speaking markets. Your role will involve handling inquiries through calls or chat, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

Good command of spoken and written English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work night and overnight shifts
Must be located in or able to commute to Fifth Settlement, Cairo
Must be Egyptian and at least 18 years old
High school graduates, university students, and fresh graduates are welcome
Basic computer and typing skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
