Job Description

• Lead, coach, and motivate store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring top standards in visual merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory control.
• Monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics; develop and implement strategies to improve results.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff; conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to manage promotions and stock planning.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to upper management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager or similar role, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Sales-driven and highly motivated by achieving targets.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems (POS, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Very good command of English and Arabic (preferred).
