Job Description (JD):

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Office employee to support internal coordination and project documentation, while leveraging her sales experience to enhance communication with clients and internal

teams.

Job Responsibilities (JR):

• Prepare and organize technical documents, reports, and proposals
• Support project teams with documentation, data entry, and technical coordination
• Assist in following up on project timelines, updates, and deadlines
• Use previous sales experience to effectively communicate with clients and understand their technical needs
• Coordinate between the sales, engineering, and project teams
• Maintain accurate records of technical and commercial correspondence
• Contribute to improving internal processes and workflow efficiency
• Prepare and revise quotations, offers, and contracts as needed
• Provide administrative support to the office as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or any related field
• Previous experience in Sales is mandatory
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
