Job Accountabilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Identify potential project risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to minimize disruptions.
• Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; report progress to the Programs Manager and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet agreed specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and oversee financial aspects including timely billing and collections.
• Coordinate and negotiate with external vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers to secure the required resources and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving concerns effectively.
• Ensure complete documentation of project lifecycle including closeout reports, archived materials, and lessons learned.
• Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance operational efficiency and delivery outcomes.
