Job description

Position Title: Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives

Job Location: Ajman, UAE

About the Client:

A standout chocolatier based in Ajman.

Job Description:

Lead and develop the team through effective management, training, recruitment, and ongoing skill enhancement.
Oversee customer relations, order fulfilment, and ensure high standards of hospitality and service.
Manage financial operations, including sales, expenses, and growth of the customer database.
Monitor market trends to drive innovation, new product development, and align company offerings.

Skills

Qualifications:

Open to Asian nationals, male, 45 years old and below.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations management with proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
