Job Description

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should
have a general background in marketing and digital marketing, along with a genuine desire to learn and grow in the
field. This role involves coordinating daily tasks, managing content schedules, handling internal communications,
collecting and organizing offers from the operations team, and directing them to creative teams. The assistant will
also be responsible for writing marketing content as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and schedule content on a weekly or monthly basis in coordination with the direct manager or the marketing department.
• Handle actual publishing of content on client platforms and groups, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Respond to messages and comments on social media platforms, or coordinate replies with the relevant parties.
• Receive offers, packages, and pricing details from the operations team (such as travel programs or client services), organize them, and forward them to design, video, or content teams to prepare the required materials.
• Coordinate among internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and task execution according to plan.
• Share final materials with clients and archive them in an organized manner.
• Write marketing content for various platforms and projects in a professional and structured tone.

Job Requirements

• General background in marketing and digital marketing.
• Genuine interest in learning and growing within the marketing field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of visual identity, design types, and color theory.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage communication flow.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite and other social media platforms.
• Previous experience using Canva is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
• Good ability to write clear, engaging, and well-structured marketing content.
• Familiarity with basic video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar platforms is considered a
  plus.
