Job description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners and identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.

A Dubai-based developer company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Qualifications:

40 years old and below
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
At least 1-3 year relevant experience from Aviation, High-end Hospitality, Luxury Retail or Real Estate industry
Off-plan or Developer sales experience is an added advantage
