Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer with a strong track record in downhole drilling and intervention tool development to join our Dubai engineering hub. This leadership role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who can take technical ownership of complex projects from concept through to commercial delivery, working closely with operations, manufacturing, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product development lifecycle of downhole tools for drilling and intervention applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and design team.
• Deliver detailed design packages including 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and test protocols.
• Conduct high-level

• engineering analysis (FEA, stress, fatigue, and thermal analysis).
• Drive innovation through continuous improvement and new product development aligned with field requirements.
• Liaise with clients, field personnel, and third-party partners to gather feedback and optimise tool design.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards (API, ISO) and internal quality systems.
• Support patent filings and technical documentation to protect intellectual property.
