Job description

  • Customer Service:
  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email, providing exceptional service at all times.
  • Resolve issues, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain positive and ongoing relationships with customers, addressing their needs promptly.


Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry (e.g., education, fitness, sports).
  • Proficiency in IT, including a good understanding of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and customer management systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
