Job description
Prepare and develop BIM Execution Plans and project-specific training materials.
Manage and maintain project data in accordance with ISO 19650 and other relevant standards.
Use BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) proficiently to provide technical support and mentoring to project teams.
Manage and maintain project content libraries, and develop or source additional content as needed.
Monitor and implement updates to procedures and standards, ensuring changes are effectively communicated and applied within project teams.
Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets, workflows, and project setup.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing cross-disciplinary support when required.
Set up linked models and coordinate multi-discipline models to ensure consistency and clash resolution.
Perform daily model administration, quality control, and maintenance to ensure models are up to date and accurate.
Implement relevant government and industry standards during the virtual design and construction phases.
Manage and safeguard sensitive and confidential project information.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other mainstream BIM software.
Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other relevant BIM standards and guidelines.
Strong technical knowledge of BIM workflows, model setup, coordination, and clash detection.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and teams.
Prior experience working on large-scale projects with BIM implementation is preferred.
Good command of written and spoken English; ability to work in a multicultural environment is a plus.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and proactively.
