Job Description

Entering supplier purchase invoices into the ERP system.
Issuing and uploading electronic tax invoices to the Egyptian e-invoicing system.
Recording sales collection transactions (cash or bank) into the accounting software.
Reviewing and reconciling customer and supplier account statements.
Monitoring daily

cash and bank movements.
Archiving and organizing accounting documents and invoices.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly and periodic financial reports.
Performing other accounting duties as requested by the Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
Previous experience in the plastics or pipe manufacturing industry is preferred.
Proficient in using accounting software, especially ERP systems.
Very good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Preferably residing near the company’s location.
