Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Zigtal’s marketing strategy across digital, content, and event channels to support business growth and brand visibility.
- Lead and manage demand generation campaigns, including email, social media, webinars, and paid media to attract and convert leads.
- Build and execute a content marketing strategy—including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and thought leadership aligned to the skill intelligence and workforce transformation domain.
- Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts and create targeted collateral.
- Own and optimize Zigtal’s web presence, SEO/SEM strategies, and CRM/email automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Organize Zigtal’s presence at industry events, webinars, and roundtables in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, HRTech, or B2B enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, demand generation, and brand building.
- Experience working in start-ups or early-growth companies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, website CMS, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in an evolving environment.
