Job Description

Position Overview:
We are hiring an IT Supervisor to lead our IT operations, support infrastructure development, and maintain system integrity. Immediate availability required.
Key Responsibilities

:
Configure/manage FortiGate firewalls, VMware ESXi, and Kaspersky Security Center
Maintain VPN, routers, switches, and email servers
Administer Barracuda WAF, DMZ environments, and port forwarding
Supervise IT team and daily operations
Manage IT assets, upgrades, and system installations
Provide support (remote/on-site), troubleshooting, and staff training
Ensure data safety, recovery plans, and policy development

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as IT Supervisor or Team Leader
• Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate and VMware
• Leadership skills and ability to manage IT staff
• Relevant certifications are a plus
