Job Description

• Create high-quality 3D architectural renderings, models, and animations using 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, and related software.
• Design architectural presentations, layouts, diagrams, and visual content for proposals and client submissions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to

• translate technical drawings and sketches into visual concepts.
• Develop photorealistic interior and exterior renderings based on design intent and project requirements.
• Produce 2D graphics such as diagrams, masterplans, infographics, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure brand and design consistency across all visual materials.
• Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines across different stages of projects.
• Stay current with new trends, tools, and techniques in architectural visualization and graphic design.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

• Architecture, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural graphic design or visualization.
• Proficient in 3ds Max (with V-Ray or Corona), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of architecture, spatial composition, lighting, materials, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating conceptual, schematic, and detailed graphical design renderings for architecture or urban planning projects.
• Excellent sense of design aesthetics, color theory, and layout.
• Knowledge of Revit, lumion, or enscape is a plus.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team or design studio.
• Familiarity with animation and post-production techniques
