Job Description

• Manage and grow key accounts with major hypermarkets (e.g. Carrefour, Seoudi, Fathalla, etc.)
• Build strong, long-term relationships with purchasing managers and store staff
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements
• Ensure product availability, proper display, and stock rotation across branches
• Coordinate with marketing for in-store promotions and branding
• Analyze sales performance and submit regular reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Follow up on deliveries, returns, and stock levels with supply chain team
• Achieve sales targets and account growth objectives
• Travel to branches across Egypt as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in electrical products or FMCG
• Proven track record in dealing with hypermarkets or large retail chains
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Egypt
