In this pivotal role, you’ll act as the key link between our global channel experts and local commercial teams — ensuring campaigns are aligned, impactful, and fully responsive to local trading goals. You'll be the central marketing point of contact for the Netherlands, translating channel insights into commercial actions, resolving blockers, and helping our campaigns truly connect with local customers. Be the key performance marketing representative for the Netherlands, championing market needs across global teamsPartner with trading, commercial, and merchandising teams to align performance marketing with business goalsCollaborate with channel experts (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and handoversTurn performance data into clear, actionable insights for local teamsMonitor campaign performance, flagging issues early and leading discussions in trading rooms and reviewsEnsure all marketing activity is tailored to Dutch market sensitivities, regulations, and language needsPlay a key role in planning cycles, including budgeting, phasing, and target-settingLead through influence across a matrixed team, aligning multiple stakeholders and driving accountabilityAbout You:
