Job Description

JOB PURPOSE	Responsible for identifying, analyzing  cash & receivables requirements along with ensuring efficient management of the company’s cash flows & revenues recognition.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES	Receivables Management    Prepare statement of account and deliver to customer on time, supporting all disputed invoices.  Follow up internally and externally to finalize the balance confirmation. Receive payments from clients.  Issue invoices/ receipts.   Accounting Records Keep up to date records along with supporting documents. Participate in monthly closures.  Accounting Reporting Submit regular required reports as requested.
ACCOUNTABILITY	Follow up cash/receivables cycle. Maintain accurate & up to date records. Committing to deadlines. Timely/ Accurate Reports
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICTATORS	Meet closing and reporting deadline. DSO of Receivables. E-mail and tasks Responsiveness
REPORTS DEADLINES	Report Deadline Aging Report  Daily & Monthly Revenue Analysis Report Daily & Monthly

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS	1-3 Years of recent experience with accounts receivable and other functions  Experience in Shipping field is a plus
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS	Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or financial Discipline
REQUIRED  SKILLS	Excellent in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and  Very familiar with Accounting ERPs
LANGUAGE  SKILLS	Very good command of English written & spoken
