Role Overview
Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a Project Engineer with a background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Civil preferred) to support our expanding portfolio of surveying and engineering projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, technical coordination, and client interface — with a strong understanding of modern survey equipment and technologies including 3D Laser Scanning, LiDAR Mapping, GPR Surveys, Spatial Analysis, and Topographic Surveys.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets for survey-related engineering works.
Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for pre-qualification, tendering, and project development stages.
Lead site assessments and evaluations, ensuring readiness for survey deployment.
Supervise the deployment and operation of survey equipment, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Manage client acquisition activities, develop relationships, and represent the company in meetings and presentations.
Coordinate internally with technical teams to ensure estimates reflect practical execution requirements.
Provide support in spatial data analysis, planning, and resource estimation for LiDAR, GPR, and 3D scanning projects.
Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of survey technologies, methods, and tools.
