About Us:

We are a leading technology company in the tourism industry, building robust B2B and B2C platforms for flight and hotel reservations. Our ecosystem includes booking engines, mobile apps, and corporate travel portals.

We're looking for an AI Engineer to build intelligent systems that improve user experience, optimize booking operations, and drive business decisions through smart automation.

What You’ll Do:

· Build and optimize recommendation engines for hotels and flights based on user preferences, past behavior, and dynamic factors.

· Design predictive models for pricing, seat/hotel availability, and customer retention.

· Apply NLP and LLMs to automate customer support, chat responses, and smart query interpretation.

· Detect and reduce fraudulent bookings using anomaly detection and pattern analysis.

· Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models into Laravel, React, and Flutter applications.

· Analyze data from suppliers, user behavior, bookings, and travel policies to surface actionable insights.

· Stay on top of trends in AI, ML, and data science applicable to the travel and tourism industry.

Job Requirements

Job requirements :

· 2+ years experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

· Strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

· Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data pipelines, and model evaluation.

· Experience with NLP techniques and tools (e.g., spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI APIs).

· Knowledge of deploying models as APIs or microservices.

· Bonus: Familiarity with travel industry data like GDS, hotel suppliers (TBO, eJuniper), flight segments, or fare logic.
