• This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Agent at Sutherland Cairo located in Cairo, Egypt.
• As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and

• Your day-to-day tasks may include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
