Job Description

We are looking for an experienced General Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all financial transactions related to sales, preparing monthly reports, reconciling accounts, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

General Accounting:

• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.

Sales Accounting:

• Track and record sales transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and analyze performance trends

Accounts Receivable & Payable:

• Manage customer billing, collections, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Reconcile bank statements to ensure cash balances are accurate.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Provide financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting.

Audit & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Assist with external audits.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in sales-related sectors.
• Odoo experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with other teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
