Your New Role

We’re looking for a hands-on and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing digital team. You’ll work across paid channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, display and affiliates, driving awareness, traffic, and conversions.

You’ll thrive on turning insights into action, know how to make a budget work hard, and love the satisfaction of scaling high performing campaigns. If you’re keen to make an impact (and help the planet while you’re at it), we’d love to meet you.

Your Day to Day

• Build, monitor and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Drive strong ROI across paid search, social, display and affiliate channels.
• Provide actionable insights based on campaign data, trends and performance.
• Brief in creative assets and work closely with marketing, brand and content teams to ensure alignment.
• Support testing initiatives – A/B testing, multivariate testing, experimentation.
• Maintain accurate reports, performance dashboards and forecasts.
• Help manage budgets, pacing and spend – ensuring campaigns stay on track.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and opportunities.

What You Need

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising or ecommerce.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (especially Shopping and product feeds), with strong knowledge of Meta and TikTok.
• Experience across campaign setup, execution and optimisation.
• A strong analytical mindset and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, with a clear eye on performance metrics and business outcomes.
• Experience working with creative teams to brief and refine performance assets.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• SEO knowledge and affiliate experience are a bonus, but not essential.
