Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support
- Assist in drafting and posting job ads on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Payroll & HR Operations
- Support payroll data entry and assist with monthly payroll preparation.
- Help in verifying attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
- Maintain employee records and documentation (digital and hard copy).
- Assist in HR reports related to recruitment and compensation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
