Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support
  • Assist in drafting and posting job ads on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Payroll & HR Operations
  • Support payroll data entry and assist with monthly payroll preparation.
  • Help in verifying attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation (digital and hard copy).
  • Assist in HR reports related to recruitment and compensation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
