Job Description

Site Supervision

 - Overseeing daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to the design plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Project Coordination - Coordinating between contractors, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.

Quality Control - Inspecting materials, construction methods, and work quality to meet project standards

Problem Solving - Quickly addressing on-site challenges, including design discrepancies and unforeseen ground conditions.

Technical Guidance - Providing technical advice to construction teams and ensuring best practices are followed.

Reporting and Documentation - Preparing site reports, quality control documentation, and progress updates for management.

Health and Safety - Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe work environment.

Cost Management - Assisting in budget management, including material cost estimation and minimizing wastage.
