Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Job Requirements
Experience: 10 to 15 years in construction project management.
Age: Must not exceed 45 years.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a public (governmental) university – private university graduates will not be considered.
Company Background: Must have worked at top-tier construction companies such as El Gouna, Orascom, Hassan Allam, El Sewedy, Madkour, or similar.
Project Size: Experience managing projects with a value exceeding EGP 1 billion is a must.
Military Interaction: Prior experience in projects involving the Egyptian Armed Forces (Engineering Authority, Intelligence, Military Works Department) is required.
