We are seeking a Sales Engineer – Chemical Service to join our client’s team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment solutions, with expertise in selling water treatment chemicals and systems.
This role requires a proactive approach to business development, technical sales expertise, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Job Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities by identifying and developing sales leads for water treatment chemicals and systems.
Conduct market research, networking, and customer outreach to expand the client base.
Carry out technical presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
Perform site visits and surveys to assess customer requirements and clarify technical needs.
Collaborate with the proposal team to prepare cost sheets, proposals, and technical submittals.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close sales deals.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the designated market.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and contracts using CRM systems such as Salesforce or IFS.
Liaise with internal teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, logistics, and execution, to ensure smooth project delivery.
Design custom water treatment solutions, selecting appropriate equipment to meet customer requirements.
Assist in preparing pre-tender drawings and other documentation as required.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
