Job Description
1. To set up the required resources including the necessary manpower and expertise for operation of the Department.
2. To set up the system of engineering activities, work procedures and work plan for the department.
3. To establish engineering guidelines and procedures for the new products.
4. To manage & implement engineering & design, work schedules & coordination activities of department.
5. To set up & implement ISO Quality Management System in the department.
6. To analyze & control cost of resources, operations and products/services.
7. To develop, improve & implement work processes, procedures & interactions.
8. To handle Engineering & Design activities, job release to production, material requisition, Design improvements, control & verification.
9. To interact with clients & vendors on critical technical issues.
10. To handle employees related issues, their performance appraisal etc.
11. To handle operation & capital budgets & audits.
Skills
A minimum of eight (10) years’ experience in Power System Automation Equipment, Automation Engineering & Design and
Power System Engineering & Design.
- Has worked in a management position for at least three (3) years
2. Fluent in English
3. Technical know-how of the Automation & Power System Solutions Products, Engineering & Design.
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering / BS Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering
