Key Responsibilities المهام الرئيسية

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and technical teams.

• Follow up on construction and renovation projects on-site.

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Prepare periodic reports and suggest improvement plans.

• الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة اليومية والفرق الفنية.

• متابعة مشاريع الإنشاء والتجديد في الموقع.

• التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين.

• ضمان الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة.

• إعداد التقارير الدورية واقتراح خطط التحسين.

Requirments:

• Proven experience in maintenance and construction supervision (minimum 3 years).

• Knowledge of construction methods and building systems.

• Ability to read technical drawings and plans.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

• خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الإشراف على الصيانة والإنشاءات.

• معرفة بأساليب البناء وأنظمة المباني.

• القدرة على قراءة المخططات الفنية.

• مهارات قيادية وحل المشكلات.

• الإقامة في الرياض أو الاستعداد للانتقال.
