Job Description
The Restaurant Hostess plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests at our establishment in Al Kuwait. As the first point of contact, the hostess is responsible for managing the flow of guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and maintain the seating chart to optimize table turnover.
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu and restaurant services.
- Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Assist in training new host staff and provide guidance on best practices.
- Monitor dining room activity and adjust seating arrangements as necessary.
- Promote special events and menu items to enhance guest experience.
