Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all parties at all timesAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededAcknowledging and resolving complaintsCommunicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessaryKeeping records of the interactions, transactions, comments, and complaintsConnecting the hub with CS and our couriers.Who are you?
