Job Description

• Prepare complete technical and commercial proposals, including job pricing, application methodology, and required technical and commercial terms
• Attend technical meetings with clients and consultants to present and discuss proposed solutions when needed.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and client requests
• Provide fast and efficient technical support to clients and colleagues
• Prepare job orders and ensure smooth execution and reporting
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all proposals and applications
• Follow up on customer satisfaction and address concerns proactively
• Study competitors’ products and compare technical capabilities
• Support knowledge-sharing and help train new team members

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering  
• 4–6 years of experience in technical office work within the industrial sectors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-service oriented and results-driven
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure
• Team player with a professional and positive attitude
