We’re hiring an Account Manager at Nutshell, a boutique branding and communication agency known for crafting audience-first stories and design-driven strategies. You'll be the main liaison between our creative team and a high-profile client in the real estate space — a role that requires elegance, strategy, and attention to every pixel of detail.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Act as the main point of contact between client and creative team
- Prepare organized briefs to guide branding and campaign development
- Support brand strategy development, audience positioning, and campaign planning
- Research real estate market trends, consumer insights, and competitors
- Present project updates, reports, and proposals to clients
- Manage project flow, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate cross-functionally across design, strategy, and content
- Assist in naming, brand identity work, and campaign execution
- Track campaign performance and maintain organized task follow-up
- Participate in client meetings and calls, ensuring clarity and excellence in every touchpoint
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 3–6 years of experience as an Account Manager or client-facing role
- Strong background in branding, marketing, or creative agencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in real estate, luxury, or audience-focused industries is a plus
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Solid grasp of market research, sales funnels, and brand positioning
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Monday.com), CMS tools
- Organized, proactive, and laser-focused on delivering high-quality work
- Passion for branding — with a growth mindset and a desire to learn and lead
- Polished presence and confident client handling
Bonus Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite familiarity (for visual brand reviews)
- Knowledge of brand tracking tools (Qualtrics, Nielsen)
- Experience with digital marketing KPIs, campaign analytics, and media planning
