We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable HVAC Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and
- partners.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations for customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings as needed.

Qualifications
- HVAC Sales Specialist or similar sales role in the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical details to non-technical customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
